We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
Unfortunately, you cannot return merchandise bought through Cuddl Duds Catalogue or Cuddlduds.com at Cuddl Duds retail stores.

How to Return/Exchange
Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.
Pre-addressed Return Labels
For your convenience, we have provided a pre-addressed return label on your invoice for any returns from within the United States. Please follow these instructions for using the pre-addressed return label:
Step 1
Affix the pre-addressed return label to your package. Cover or remove the original shipping label.
Step 2
Package the return and seal securely with tape.
Step 3
Give the package to a UPS driver or take to a UPS drop-off location. You may also access UPS.com to locate your nearest drop off location.
No payment is necessary when you mail your package using the pre-addressed return label. You will be charged a return fee of $5.99 upon receipt of your return.
Only returns from within the United States can use the pre-addressed return label. If you are returning from outside the U.S. or choose not to use the pre-addressed return label, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the appropriate address below. If you do not use the pre-addressed return label, you will not incur the $5.99 return fee.
